  • You can find yourself by not going into the past. You find yourself when you don't come into the present.
  • If you find your here and now beautiful and it makes you happy, then there are no options: don't leave the situation, don't change it, don't accept it. If you don't want to take responsibility for your life, then you don't have to choose any of these three options and you don't have to make the choice.
  • If you have never been in a life-and-death situation, you won't know that there was a problem. The mind had a time to not mess around with the situation and not make a problem out of it. In no real emergency does the mind not hold on - you will not be completely present in the now, and a much smaller force takes over...
  • None who is not identified with the mind instead of their false weakness, the outer, unanchored self, will have courage as a constant companion in their being.
